No, I haven’t joined the military! In the first place, I am too old and in the second place, I am still too old. Now that I have that out of the way, I want to tell you that my new book, “Honey from the Rock: A Study of the Gospel of Grace” has finally, at long last, gone to the printer. Hopefully, it won’t be too long before I have some copies in my hands. I suppose one would have to be a writer to understand this, but getting the finished project in hand is quite exhilarating. I am sincerely trusting that many will read it, as it is the truth that I want others to know and to believe. I hope you will help me pass the word around, even buy some copies for your friends and for your enemies, especially for them.
On another note: tomorrow is Sunday–again! I am really looking forward to seeing each of you, so please jump right out of bed, saddle your horse, and be on your way. I will have to doors unlocked and the heaters heating.Yes, we still begin at 10:15! In case you want to know, the topic for tomorrow’s message is: “A Time to Remember and a Time to Implement What You Remember.”
One final thing: unless there is some major change in my thinking, which is surely possible, come January we will begin a study of the book of Hebrews. The last time I started this study was November 28, 1999. I finished in on January 14, 2001–a mere 59 weeks. Who knows, we might finish it in 30 days this time, but I doubt it. To be sure, it is jam-packed with beautiful truth. Please begin to pray about this time of study–for me as I learn and teach and for you as you absorb.
Peace to you brothers and sisters, peace to you!

Looking forward to getting the book & also bible study again, also peace to you!
